I couldn't have asked for a better location for this hotel, right in the heart of Madrid and within walking distance to all the major sites. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a stunning view of Plaza de Carmen, but the dining options were a bit lacking. The service was exceptional, and the staff were always helpful. Despite a few drawbacks, the overall experience was great and definitely value for money.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy with a brand new bathroom, and I had a beautiful view of Plaza de Carmen from my balcony. The service was fantastic; the staff was incredibly accommodating. The location was perfect, close to many Madrid attractions and interesting hotspots. However, finding parking nearby was quite challenging.
